Mr. Kaji — joined the faculty of Hillsborough Elementary School in December 2016 and taught 4th grade to finish out the 2016-2017 school year.
He will teach 4th grade again in 2017-2018
Meeting Mr. Kaji:
I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2012, and got started right away with elementary education. I have known I wanted to be an educator since I was inspired by an incredible teacher of my own in 5th grade. I am now in my sixth year of official education.
I love finding what my students are passionate about and using that as a means of getting them interested in learning material. I firmly believe that if a child is interested, then they will work to be successful! Though I take my responsibilities as a teacher very seriously, I try to incorporate fun to connect with students and make them want to be involved in their class.
